What is Brazilian Butt Lift?

The more rounded and upright the hip area, which constitutes an important part of the aesthetic appearance of women, the more attractive the image becomes. What are Brazilian Buttock Lift Methods?

There are three methods generally used in Brazilian buttock operation. The first of these is fat grafting/injection application, the second is silicone prostheses, and the third is the suspension technique. In addition, Brazilian buttock aesthetic methods are often combined with liposuction. For a successful operation, one of these methods is selected, taking into account the patient’s wishes and body structure.

Let’s examine these three basic methods applied for Brazilian butt lift:

1- Fat Injection:

The most used method in Brazilian butt lift is fat injection. The purpose of this procedure, which is combined with liposuction, is to remove unwanted fat and inject it into the hip area. Especially in the hip and waist region, the fats taken with the help of thin cannulas are injected into the buttocks after the condensation process. The purpose of intensifying the oils is to obtain a harder and tighter appearance.

2- Prosthesis Method:

In cases where fat injection is insufficient, the prosthesis method can be applied to enlarge and lift the buttocks. Personally designed silicone prostheses are placed inside the muscle, not under the skin, with the help of small incisions in the hip groove. With this procedure, a fuller and lifted hip is obtained.

3- Butt Lift with Suspension:

While fat injection or prosthesis method is sufficient for people with good skin and adipose tissue, the suspension method is used for people who have lost skin elasticity and have collapsed hips. Namely; Collapses may occur in the butt area due to rapid weight gain or loss or bariatric surgical procedures. In this case, the hip area of the patients is suspended and pulled upwards. Thus, the sagging areas are recovered and a tight butt appearance is obtained.

How is Brazilian Butt Lift Performed?

The stages and duration of the operation differ according to the method used in Brazilian buttock aesthetics. First of all, the patient is pre-examined. The method to be used is decided by taking into account the quality of the skin, the oil rate and the desired image. In general, these surgeries are performed under general anesthesia and the patient is discharged after a day of hospital rest. Although the duration of Brazilian buttock aesthetics varies according to the method applied, it is between 1-3 hours on average. There may be mild pain after the surgery, you can relieve these pains by using the medicines given by your doctor. It is also recommended to sit slightly sideways and lie face down in order not to put pressure on the hips.

Brazilian Butt Lift Recovery Process?

If the fat injection method is used in Brazilian buttock aesthetics, the patient can return to his daily life in about 2 weeks. In the silicone prosthesis application, this period is slightly longer and may take up to 20 days.

If liposuction was used during the surgery, it is necessary to wear a corset for a while. It takes about 2 months for full recovery, and during this period, pressure should not be applied to the hip, heavy exercise should not be done and care should be taken to lie face down. After 10 weeks in total, the patient is able to perform all daily activities such as exercise and driving. Brazilian butt lift, which is a very successful surgery, gives good results in a short time.

Does Brazilian Butt Aesthetics Leave A Trace?

Depending on the technique used in this operation, scarring may occur. With the healing process, the visibility of the scars decreases considerably in the patient who has undergone fat injection. If a silicone prosthesis is made, more obvious scars will be formed as the incision is made during the procedure, but these scars are also not very disturbing and are not very noticeable while standing.

Is Brazilian Butt Lift Permanent?

Brazilian buttock operation is a procedure with a high success and permanence rate, which is frequently performed by plastic surgery. In the silicone prosthesis method, although the prosthesis is placed intramuscularly, it may come off in some cases, but this is not a common situation. Apart from that, fat injection is a method with a higher permanence and does not melt easily.
